Curtain Twitchers

One in three Brits admits they regularly spy on their neighbour, a study has revealed.

Researchers found that a further 40 per cent of people admit to being “curtain twitchers” and cant resist peaking outside whenever they hear a noise or see their neighbour step into the garden or driveway to see what is going on.

From the times they leave and return from work to any changes to house or a new car – Yale, who commissioned the research to mark National Home Security month, have compiled a top ten.

4. Overall patterns
5. If a stranger visits
6. If a couple are arguing
7. They get an internet food shop delivery
