Flower Festival at Windmill
We all know Heage windmill is wonderful - but over the weekend of June 25th and 26th it will be even more so!
The mill is supporting the local church, St. Luke’s, in their annual flower festival to celebrate the onset (we hope!) of summer. Both venues will follow a successful pattern established over a number of years and flowers of every variety will be on display.
As usual there will be a display in the church on behalf of the mill. Volunteers will be putting flower arrangements in the Mill for those taking tours to see. The small raised garden at the mill will also be in full bloom. These displays offer eye catching opportunities and all are welcome to come and see for themselves. Refreshments will be available at both sites.
The windmill will be open during 2016 (11.00 am to 4.00 pm) every weekend until the end of October.
Admission Charges for 2016
Adults £4.00, Concessions (including Gold Cards) £3.50, Children (5-16) £1.50 (parents can buy one and get one free for children in the age group), Children under 5 are free.
