Suspected Cannabis plants found
Police found more than 300 suspected cannabis plants following a drugs raid at a house in Ripley. Officers carried out the warrant at the address on Havelock Street at around 9am on Thursday, September 6. They found 315 plants in four different rooms in the house and a variety of different growing equipment. The electricity meter had also been bypassed. No one was at the house and inquiries are ongoing to find the occupants.
