Man Charged with Somercotes Murder
A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Jade Riley-Ward in Somercotes.
The man appeared before magistrates in Chesterfield yesterday and will remain in custody to appear at Nottingham Crown Court today.
Emergency services were called to a house on Burke Drive just before 4pm on Saturday and found the 30-year-old woman dead.
A post mortem examination carried out yesterday revealed she died from multiple stab wounds.
