Robbery in Ripley
A robbery occurred off Grosvenor Road, Ripley, on Sunday 21st October, around 1.30am. The 26-year-old woman was walking along the path toward the car park across from the Natwest. The offender approached from the rear & snatched her handbag & ran off towards the car park. The handbag is described as being black & cream, with a bow on the front & a long black strap. The offender is described as a white male, 6’ tall, with short shaved hair. Wearing a light coloured zip-up hooded top & dark jeans with a rip in the left knee. If you saw anything suspicious or have any information regarding this incident contact the Volume Crime Team on 101 quoting crime number 45628/12.
