MP Joins Campaign Against Club In Heanor
A petition has raised over 320 signatures to ask the Borough Council to reject a restrospective planning application for Xotix Xtreme - a former gym turned club - on Heanor Gate Road.
The Club, which has been open since August, has been branded a swinger’s club by Amber Valley MP Nigel Mills
No date has been set for the borough council planning board to make a decision on the retrospective change of use.
Mr Mills said: “This kind of club is just not suitable for the area. It won’t help us build the area up – especially since they didn’t get permission in the first place."
