Running for Charity...

Not updated this for ages but thought I would follow up what I was just talking about on air.

Myself and a good friend are running the Nottm Half marathon for Cancer Research as we know a good friend is living with Prostate Cancer.
Training is hard, and running 13 miles is going to be the hardest thing I have ever done so far.
