Squarely aimed at pubs, clubs and venues, the entertainment guide is a station feature giving information on entertainment events happening around the Amber Valley, be it a singer, disco, cabaret, outdoor barbecue or similar one off event.

The guide goes out a minimum of five times per day and will include your event for three days. At least 7 days notice is required.

This is not an exclusive advertising package, your event will appear alongside other events for the same date.

Examples: if your event is a daytime one then it will appear in the guide for the three days prior to your event - eg a Saturday daytime event would be promoted Wed Thurs & Fri. If a Sat evening event or a late finish it will go out the two days prior and the day of the event ie Thurs Fri & Sat.

Playing the daytime events on the day of the event is not possible as at some time in the day it would be out of date once the event is closed.

If you have more than one sequential event to promote then you can do these too and get a better deal. For example if you had a Friday night singer and a sat night disco then you can advertise the extra event too for a small additional cost detailed below.

The Entertainment Guide is voiced by our own in house voices, will start off with a jingle then the voice commercials and then ending with a jingle.

Single event = £35 +VAT (£41.13 inc)
Two sequential events = £45 +VAT (£52.88 inc)
Three sequential events = £55 + vat (£64.63 inc)
