Santa & Steam Specials 2009

Santa and his festive steam train rolls into Rowsley South Station for the start of a truly traditional family Christmas. Santa, assisted by his many helpers saunters through the train whilst you travel bearing marvellous gifts for every girl and boy.
To get parents and other members of the family into the Christmas spirit, wine and freshly baked minced pies will be served whilst you sit back and take pleasure in being entertained by professional clowns (Uncle Michael, Cliff Carlton and Clivo), magicians (Paul Curtis, David Faulks and Martin Shaw and balloon modeller (Angela Faulks). If that wasn't enough then why not join in and sing along to well known carols with the piano accordionists (Alex Govier and Philip Croft).
All Santa Specials depart from Rowsley South Station only at 11.00 am, 12.35 pm, 2.05 pm and 3.40 pm.
Trains will be operating on:
Saturday 5th, 12th & 19th, Sunday 6th, 13th & 20th, Wednesday 23rd & Thursday 24th December.
Adults aged 16 & over) £9.75
Senior citizens: £8.75
Children 0 - 15 months £5.00 (no seat)
Children 16 months - 15 years £8.50
