Fire Service Open Day - A great day for the whole family
Its summer, the sun is out and Alfreton Community Fire Station opens its doors for the annual ’open day.’
This Free event takes place on Saturday 22nd August, between 12 and 4pm, suitable for all the family.
Members of the public are invited to attend the fun packed yet informative event which feature many attractions, including: Freckle the Fire Investigation Dog, bouncy castles, mini fire engine rides and ’the smoke house experience’.
It’s a fantastic day out for the whole family, including: Firefighter demonstrations Chip Pan demonstrations Smoke house experience Mini Fire Engine Ride Bouncy Castle Refreshments Charity Stalls
Safer Derbyshire will also be attending, giving information about how to stay safe when out and about as well as in the home.
